Our fees are based on the quality of the materials that are used and our office experience in performing your necessary dental treatment. Our goal is to provide you with the quality of care you desire and need without letting the expense prevent you from benefiting from it. Dental treatment is an excellent investment in a persons overall health. So that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the care you deserve, we offer several financial options below.  However, please be aware that we do not participate in "open billing," which means that payment for services are to be paid in full prior to or on the same day the services are performed.

INSURANCE

We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits.  Since insurance can be confusing, we ask that you call or contact us with specific questions.  Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them. Often times we find that simple phone call can help clear up any concerns. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We gladly accept:                                                                                                                                        Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Health Savings Cards, Cashier Checks and Care Credit cards. 

Cash:  For treatment plans that exceed $350, a 5% discount will be issued when payment in full is made with cash prior to scheduling treatment.

Credit Cards:  As mentioned above, our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Health Savings and Care Credit cards.

Checks:  Only cashier checks accepted.  No personal checks accepted unless the patient has been an established patient for more than 6 months and is in good standing with the practice.

Gradual Treatment Plans:  If it will be easier financially for patients to spread their dental treatment over larger periods of time we can arrange a plan that focuses on the more urgent care first.  However, the longer any treatment is postponed, the worse the condition will become resulting in more extensive and or expensive treatment.

FINANCING

As a service to our guests, we are pleased to offer Care Credit, the nation's leading patient payment program.  For fees from $300 to $25,000, upon request and approval, Care Credit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget.
